Frequently Asked Questions
Are sessions only online?
All Discovery Calls take place online. After that, sessions can be held either virtually or in person, depending on what works best for you. I’m based in the DMV area, and I also travel regularly to work with clients.
How many sessions will I need?
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. The number of sessions depends on your history, your goals, your willingness to be vulnerable, and the pace at which you choose to grow. Some clients notice shifts after just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support as part of their personal evolution.
How does this compare to traditional talk therapy?
While talk therapy often stays focused on the mind, intimacy coaching invites you into a deeper relationship with your body. We explore expression, sensation, and embodied practices that go beyond words—so that real integration can happen. My role is not only to listen, but to model and co-create the kind of relational presence you can carry back into your daily life. This work is experiential, alive, and deeply personal.
Is intimacy coaching right for me?
It may be, if any of this feels familiar:
-
You struggle to show emotions or often feel disconnected.
-
Your sex life feels unfulfilling or stagnant.
-
Independence has become a shield, making closeness difficult.
-
You long for authenticity but find yourself slipping into dishonesty or performance.
-
You didn’t grow up with examples of healthy intimacy and relationships.
If you see yourself in even one of these, intimacy coaching can open new possibilities.
What do you specialize in?
I work with communication, intimacy, sex, and relationships—with a special focus on trauma integration and shadow work. At the core, my work is about helping people feel more connected: to themselves, to their partners, and to life.
How long have you been doing this?
I’ve been coaching for over 9 years. My early work centered on physical health, which gradually evolved into what I now offer—support around intimacy and relationships. For the last 5 years, this has been my deepest focus and calling.
Is this only for heterosexual
monogamists?
Not at all. Your identity, preferences, relationship style, and kinks are welcome here. The work is about authenticity and connection—how you live and love is entirely up to you.
